Biomedical Sciences Association
Welcome to the
Biomedical Sciences Association (BSA) web page!
BSA provides various opportunities to discover and explore the
diverse fields and career paths of the Biomedical Sciences program.
The BSA officers have prepared an outstanding year for members
including meetings, guest speakers, field trips, community service
opportunities, and social events.
If you would like to join BSA or have any questions, please
contact an officer.
- The first, general meeting of the fall will be Thursday,
September 15, 2016 at 7pm in VENI 107A in the new veterinary
complex. Bus Route 9 can take you there. Please arrive early if you
need to pay dues or if you need to pick up your member T-shirt
after joining this summer.
- The deadline to join BSA this fall is Thursday, September
29th at 5pm in the *new* BIMS office in VIDI 123. Please submit
your dues to someone in our office; do not leave them unattended!
We only accept check or money order (no cash).
The BSA test bank is available in the BIMS office for
students to look at. If you have old tests from any course you have
taken, please consider donating them. We can accept originals or
copies, but please remove any identifying information from them
first. If you wish to make copies of test bank material, leave your
ID card with someone in the office first.
Instructions for joining the BSA list-serv
- Pick which branch of the BSA you are in: Human Medicine or
- Email email@example.com.
In the body of the email, type "SUBSCRIBE BSA Branch First Name
Last Name". For Human Medicine, type "bsa-humanmed". For Veterinary
Medicine, type "bsa-vetbranch".
Example if you are in the Human
Medicine branch: Type "SUBSCRIBE bsa-humanmed First Name Last Name"
in the body of the email.
