Welcome to the Biomedical Sciences
Association (BSA) web page!
BSA provides various opportunities to discover and explore the
diverse fields and career paths of the Biomedical Sciences program.
The BSA officers have prepared an outstanding year for members
including meetings, guest speakers, field trips, community service
opportunities, and social events.
If you would like to join BSA or have any questions, please
contact an officer.
Officer Positions
Available for Fall 2013 - Deadline Extended Human Branch
Only
There will be several officer positions open for the
human branch for Fall 2013. The
application is due Friday, April 19 to the BIMS office.
You must have a minimum 2.50 GPA to apply. If you have any
questions about what the position(s) would entail, please email any
of the current general officers.
BSA Community Service, Meetings, & Social Signature
Form is due Friday,
April 26 at 5pm to the front desk of the BIMS office.
Instructions
for joining the BSA list-serv:
- Pick which branch of the BSA you are in: Human Medicine or
Veterinary Medicine
- Email listserv@listserv.tamu.edu.
In the body of the email, type "SUBSCRIBE BSA Branch First Name
Last Name". For Human Medicine, type "bsa-humanmed". For Veterinary
Medicine, type "bsa-vetbranch".
Example if you are in the Human
Medicine branch: Type "SUBSCRIBE bsa-humanmed First Name Last Name"
in the body of the email.

Test Bank
The BSA test bank is available in the BIMS office! If you have
old tests, from any course you have taken, please drop them off in
the BIMS office. The BIMS office is located in Room 159 Reynolds
Medical Sciences Building on west campus. The office is open
Monday-Friday from 8am-5pm.
