Our guest speakers for this year’s conference are Drs. Albert Barth and Jeff Ondrak.
Dr. Barth is Professor of Theriogenology at University of Saskatchewan, Western College of Veterinary Medicine. Dr. Barth’s area of practice is general theriogenology with a special interest in bull fertility. His research includes: sperm morphology, the pathogenesis of abnormal spermatogenesis, testis degeneration, vesicular gland infections, and factors affecting pubertal development, serving capacity and seasonality.
Dr. Ondrak is Beef Cattle Clinical Veterinarian and Assistant Professor at University of Nebraska, Great Plains Veterinary Educational Center, Lincoln, Nebraska. Dr. Ondrak’s duties include teaching veterinary students, supporting ongoing research projects, and veterinary care at the Meat Animal Research Center in Clay Center.
Drs. Barth and Ondrak will be joined by Dr. Meredyth Jones, Assistant Professor of Food Animal Field Services here at the College of Veterinary Medicine & Biomedical Sciences.
