Group shot of ambassadors

Thank you for your interest in touring the Texas A&M College of Veterinary Medicine & Biomedical Sciences (CVM). Tour guides are current veterinary and biomedical sciences students, known as ambassadors, who are excited to show you our college.

Tours are designed for teenagers and adults and do include clinical areas within the Veterinary Medical Teaching Hospital that can pose biosecurity and liability concerns. For families with children under the age of 13, we are happy to offer an abbreviated tour of the academic areas of the college and the opportunity to talk to a current student about veterinary school. We also host an annual Open House event each spring that provides tours and interactive activities for all ages.

If you have any questions about the tours, or if you need help arranging your visit, please e-mail tours@cvm.tamu.edu.

Tours can be scheduled Monday through Friday at 12:00 p.m. and 3:30 p.m. and on Saturdays at 10:30 a.m. They generally last about an hour, although this can vary widely depending on your group, the number of questions you have, and what is going on in the hospital during your visit.
