Scholarly Interests
TEACHING -- Primary areas of interest in teaching include problem-based learning, development of creative thinking and problem solving capabilities, production of interactive multi-media programs for autotutorial use, and pedagogical research.
RESEARCH -- Areas of interest in research include: outcomes assessment and educational evaluation, attribution theory, meta-analysis, and computer modeling of human physiology and pathophysiology.
VETERINARY MEDICINE -- Interests and expertise in veterinary medicine encompasses wildlife, zoological, and laboratory animal medicine, zoonotic diseases, and public health.
