Scholarly Interests

Neuroimmunology, neurovirology, psychoneuroimmunology, viral infections of the central nervous system, animal models of: multiple sclerosis, epilespy; autoimmune diseases, effects of stress on viral pathogenesis, cerebrovascular endothelial cells and blood-brain barrier function, therapies for multiple sclerosis, factors involved in susceptibility to multiple sclerosis.
