CVMBS International Cultural Festival

Posted March 08, 2018

Howdy, CVM!

The College of Veterinary Medicine and Biomedical Sciences Graduate Student Association, VOICE, and the Council for Diversity and Professionalism are excited to announce our 2nd Annual CVMBS International Cultural Festival!

The event will be held on Tuesday, March 27th from 5:00-7:00pm at the VBEC Courtyard.

This event is meant to showcase and celebrate the many nationalities, cultures, and diverse organizations found here in our very own college, in addition to providing an opportunity for networking and fellowship within the CVM.

There will be a variety of multicultural foods and cultural displays. This year we will even have performances by Texas A&M's very own Salsa Fusion, Fade to Black, and Wreckin' Raas!

Though not mandatory, we highly encourage you to sign-up for our cultural food pot-luck table so you can share your culture's unique cuisine with the CVM! Tables will also be set up for those interested in showcasing artifacts, clothing, or other unique items from your cultural heritage.

We invite all CVM faculty, staff, and students to join us! You can find the link to RSVP for the event along with the pot-luck sign-up on the attached flyer. The RSVP link will close March 23rd.

Can't wait to see you all there!
