The Texas A&M Race, Identity & Social
Equity (RISE) Program Committee invites proposals for the
inaugural conference that will take place on Friday,

panels, individual papers and alternative session formats that
allow for audience participation and community engagement. We
encourage submissions from undergraduates, graduates, faculty, and

culminating with presentation of the research at the RISE
Conference. The RISE Conference also seeks to provide an
opportunity for a campus wide discussion around significant issues
of race, identity, and social equity on campus, in the nation, and
on a global scale. To learn more about the TAMU RISE initiative
