In the event that the Governor declares a state of emergency due
to a hurricane, the College of Veterinary Medicine will remain open
as a hospital only for sick and injured animals requiring
veterinary medical attention. For information on emergency shelter
facilities for well animals, please contact your local Emergency
Operations Committee.
