Dr. Katja Weber

Katja graduated in 2009 with her veterinary degree from the Faculty of Veterinary Medicine in Munich, Germany. She subsequently spent some time in large practice, working in the Bluetongue disease vaccination and BVD prevention program. She joined the GI lab team in fall of 2010 in order to work on a postgraduate doctoral degree in veterinary medicine. Her project involves the discovery of new serological protein marker profiles for Inflammatory Bowel Disease (IBD) in dogs.
