Dr. Panpicha Sattasathuchana

Panpicha Sattasathuchana graduated from Kasetsart University,
Thailand, in 2006. After graduation, she spent one year working as
a small animal practitioner at the Kasetsart University Teaching
Hospital. In 2008, Dr. Sattasathuchana took a lecturer
position at the department of Companion Animal Clinical Sciences,
Kasetsart University, and she became one of the staffs in the
feline clinic. In the fall of 2010, she was accepted as a
Ph.D. student in the department of Small Animal Clinical Sciences
at TAMU and she was also excited to be a part of the GI laboratory.
Her Ph.D. project involves indentification of novel
biomarkers for gastric diseases in dogs and cats. Dr.
Sattasathuchana also plans to returning to Thailand and applying
her knowledge to develop a better diagnosis and treatment tools for
the small animal patients
