VMBS-PDA will have our next monthly lunch meeting on May 25, 2018 (Friday) 12:00-1:00 pm in VMTH 5. This time Dr. Ashely Gustafon Seabury from Research and Graduate Studies will give us a talk.
Events
Our 2018 CVM Graduate Student and Postdoc Research Symposium, organized by the CVM Research and Graduate Studies Office and CVM Graduate Student and Postdoctoral Associations, will be on THURSDAY, January 18th. The symposium is a one-day event that promotes excellence in research by showcasing the CVM trainees scientific achievements. Last year, we had an outstanding level of participation with over 80 presenters over three different styles of presentation, including the most recent addition of flash talks!
The abstract submission is closed for the 2018 CVM Graduate Student and Postdoc Research Symposium.
Applicants have the choice to select a platform or poster presentation. However, due to limited time only 15 abstracts will be selected for a platform presentation. If you are not selected for a platform presentation, you will be assigned to give a poster presentation. All poster presenters will have the option to participate in the flash talk presentation session.
The abstract submission deadline is January 2, 2018.
