Scholarly Interests

Our laboratory is interested in understanding the altered signaling pathways in breast and other cancers using multivariate boolean modeling and testing. We have taken a Systems Biology Approach to understand cancer, and work closely with Dr Aniruddha Datta's Genomic Signalling laboratory in Electrical and Computer Engineering here at Texas A & M Engineering School.
