Cindy
Cindy came to the center in September of 2000. She was a
beautiful dog with soft, flowing black hair. Cindy was well
received by all of the other dogs and cats. This was a sweet dog
who loved everybody and everybody loved her.
Cindy's last year of life was plagued by Cushing's Disease. She
did not respond to the chemotherapy treatment and eventually
succumbed to her condition. Cindy was 13 years old when she left
us. We all miss her and remember her fondly.

Featured Resident
Philo came to the center in 2008 with four other dogs and two
cats. She is a spunky little Chihuahua mix. Philo enjoys her new
home and is never still for very long. We think she has springs for
legs. She brings plenty of life to the center.
