Kena came to live at the Stevenson Companion Animal Life-Care
Center in 1997. She was definitely one of the most loving cats you
will ever meet. Her long, black hair and gleaming green eyes were
absolutely gorgeous. We miss her presence daily.
It was learned upon Kena's arrival at the center that she
suffered with diabetes. Her twice daily injections of insulin kept
her healthy and happy. We were prepared to deal with possible
complications of her diabetes in the future, but we were shocked
and saddened to lose her prematurely to cancer. Kena was a joy to
care for and we will always remember her.

Angie came to the center in 2008 with her housemate, Gracie. She
has quickly become the queen of the house and the primary "greeter
cat". Nobody enters the house without Angie getting lots of
attention and affection. We love this beautiful, full-of-life
