Sweet William
Sweet William came to live at the Stevenson Companion Animal
Life-Care Center in 1993. He was the first feline pet resident at
the center. Although he did not like living here in the beginning,
he soon was king of the house. Sweet William was the most dignified
cat anyone had the honor of meeting.
As the designated greeter cat, Sweet William met all visitors to
the center and asked very politely to be petted by them. He also
took new resident cats under his wing to make them feel more at
home. Sweet William was overcome by cancer. He will forever be
missed and always have a special place at the center.

close attachments to certain people and is very loyal. We are happy
