Joseph

Joseph

Joseph is a third year veterinary student who is interested in wildlife medicine. He received his undergraduate degree in Biomedical Sciences with a minor in Spanish from Texas A&M University. On his days off, he enjoys reading, running, and playing the piano. He has a Basset Hound named Doug.

"I knew I wanted to become a veterinarian when I went to the Vet School Open House in high school and wasn't grossed out, but was actually completely fascinated by a calf that was born inside out," Joseph said.

Joseph's vet school survival tip: "To take time for yourself every day and to focus on the things you love."
