Logan

Logan 2013

Logan is a third year veterinary student who wants to specialize in laboratory animal medicine. She received her undergraduate degree in Plan II Honors from The University of Texas at Austin. While she is not studying she enjoys walking her dog, cooking, wakeboarding, going to sporting events, and traveling. She has a wirehaired fox terrier mix named Oliver and a kitten named Callie.

"I knew I wanted to become a veterinarian when I was a junior in college," Logan said. "I decided not to go to medical school, but knew I wanted to go into the medical field. I started volunteering with a rescue group and found my passion for veterinary medicine."

Logan's vet school survival tip: "Take time to have fun and keep up your hobbies."
