Whitney is a second year veterinary student who wants to
specialize in small animal medicine. She received her undergraduate
degree in Business Administration from University of Kentucky.
While she is not studying she enjoys running, spending time with
her family, and traveling. She has a female boxer named
Phoebe.
"I knew I wanted to become a veterinarian when I tried to save a
baby bird that fell out of a nest, even though I had no clue what I
was doing," Whitney said.
Whitney's vet school survival tip: "Spend time doing things that
you enjoy that are not vet school related whenever possible.
