Facilities Maintenance
The Veterinary Medical Park maintenance staff is available to
provide routine maintenance for the facilities that are a part of
the Veterinary Medical Park Complex at no additional charge to the
PI. Non-routine work can also be requested and our staff will
accommodate the request as quickly as possible. There is a charge
for non-routine work according to the fee structure below. Mr.
Frank Muzny is the VMP Facilities coordinator and is in charge of
staffing and prioritizing work orders. If you have questions,

Work Orders
All work projects, both routine and non-routine, should be
requested using a work order. Please fill out a work
order form and send the hard copy to Mr. Frank Muzny at MS
4461or e-mail the form to DTaylor@cvm.tamu.edu or MAWalker@cvm.tamu.edu. Work
order forms can also be dropped off at building 1192 in the front
office of VMP. Work order forms also can be found under the Forms
section under Services and Facilities.
Fees:
Parts - cost + 5%
Charge for non-routine work - $27.00/hour with a minimum of 1 hour
worked
Vermin Control
VMP maintains vermin control within the boundaries of VMP by
controlling excess growth of vegetation, restricting accumulation
of refuse, proper feed storage techniques, and use of a contractor
service for vermin control. Any needs for vermin control should be
reported to VMP and not attempted by the investigator.
