Miranda Bertram Awarded AAZV Research Grant

Congrats to Miranda Bertram, CVM Merit Fellow, on being awarded a $10,000 research grant from the American Association of Zoological Veterinarians to support her whooping crane research!  This grant is part of the 'Zoological Medicine and Wildlife Health' research program of AAZV and will allow Miranda to develop a novel molecular typing system for helminths associated with this endangered species.  Way to go!!
