Elizabeth is a member of the class of 2025. She grew up in Cypress, Texas, and graduated from Texas A&M University-Corpus Christi with her Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Sciences in 2019, and her Master’s degree in Biomedical Sciences from Kansas State University in 2021.

Elizabeth came to love veterinary medicine when she was just 8 years old. During a family vacation, her dog was injured and had to go through multiple surgeries and rehabilitation due to a broken rear leg. Since then, she has gained experience working as a small animal veterinary assistant, in general practice and emergency. As well as a wildlife rehabilitation intern, and a student technician at the Schubot Center for Avian Health. Elizabeth is very interested in small animal and companion exotic animal medicine and is looking forward to learning about the vast opportunities in veterinary medicine while a part of the DVM program.

In her free time, Elizabeth enjoys yoga, trying new foods, reading, Legos, and spending time
with family and friends (and of course her orange cat, Nemo).
