| Congratulations to Dr. Bruce Akey, director of the Texas A&M Veterinary Medical Diagnostic Laboratory and an adjunct professor in the CVM's Department of Veterinary Pathobiology, who was awarded the USDA's APHIS administrator's award during the U.S. Animal Health Association/ American Association of Veterinary Laboratory Diagnosticians annual meeting Oct. 12-18. The award is the highest honor given by APHIS to recognize the outstanding support of U.S. agriculture and service to veterinary medicine.
