The rec center has a variety of fitness and wellness services, many of which are virtual. These include group recXercise, wellness classes and bootcamps, and wellness coaching.

Living Well at Texas A&M

Texas A&M employees (GATs and GARs are included!) are encouraged to take advantage of resources available through Living Well at Texas A&M. They have an extensive calendar of events and classes.
