Practice Description
At Freeport Veterinary Medical Center & Wild Peach Veterinary Clinic, we love new graduates because we know new graduates. We’re a collaborative group of 9 recent grads (2012 to 2025) engaged in spectrum-of-care veterinary medicine in a private-practice setting. An enjoyable workplace — along with mentorship, integrity, and professional development — are pillars of our practice culture. We host over 30 DVM and technician student externs annually — our team loves to teach! Our experienced team of DVMs and technical staff will provide 1st- through 4th-year students with diverse, hands-on learning opportunities with companion, avian, exotic, and mobile large animal services. We provide full housing. We’re looking for externs who are willing to jump in, start working up cases, enjoy dad jokes, and have fun!
