The Department of Veterinary Integrative Biosciences (VIBS) offers an MS in Veterinary Public Health & Epidemiology and offers courses for the Ph.D. in Biomedical Sciences.

Graduate Program

The Veterinary Public Health & Epidemiology Graduate Program aims to prepare doctoral and master’s students for research careers that integrate the basic principles of epidemiology with modern biotechnologies. In consultation with their graduate committee, the student will choose additional electives.

MS VPHE Credit Requirement

A minimum of 32 semester credit hours of approved courses and research is required for the thesis option Master of Science degree.

A minimum of 36 semester credit hours of approved coursework is required for the Non-Thesis Option.
