Custom Error Message for Umbraco Application

The maximum file size allowed to be uploaded is 200KB. Try running your file through one of these compressors:

For images: https://compressor.io/compress
For PDFs: http://smallpdf.com/compress-pdf

Alternatives:

For faculty and staff: The web support team can perform the compressing for you if you are not in a rush. Email websupport@cvm.tamu.edu
If you have Adobe Photoshop: Reducing the resolution to 72 DPI should do the trick in most cases.
Do a web search for "image resizing". THere are many more alternatives for resizing images.

I compressed my file but am still receiving this error.

Email the file to websupport@cvm.tamu.edu. We will review it and determine the best course of action.

I don't understand why you have to make this so difficult!

We assure you that our goal is not to create obstacles for you. We must have this size limit in place to ensure that our servers do not run out of storage. That causes all of our websites to go offline. We hope that you agree with us when we say that isn't a good thing.
