Recruitment Events

Doctoral Student Recruitment Weekend

Each year in February

After a preliminary holistic application review, the VMBS Graduate Admissions Committee selects a set of strong applicants to invite to the BIMS Doctoral Recruitment Weekend.

Activities include:

  • an interview with the admissions committee for consideration to the BIMS PhD Rotation Program
  • individual meetings with faculty who are seeking PhD students (to be admitted directly into their lab and/or rotate)
  • sessions with program administration to take you in depth into the program structure
  • tours of the College Station community
