Tools
- Clean glass slides, 4 each (wrapped in tissue)
- Single-edged blades, 2 each
- Plastic transfer pipettes, 4 each
- “Biological Substance, Category B” label
Michel’s Transport Medium (for IF)
- 5 ml in a labeled vial
Empty Vial for Formalin, buffered, 10% (for LM and TEM)
You need to add Formalin.
Ice pack (Please refreeze upon receipt)
- Ice packs are provided for return shipping of samples after collection.
- All reagents are stable at room temperature. If ice packs are melted/warm upon sample arrival, do not discard reagents. Please chill after the biopsy collection.
- Packing materials can be used for return shipping.

*Optional submission of urine or other biofluids*
- For submission of urine for SDS-PAGE analysis, please submit whole urine or supernatant in a well-sealed tube without additives.
- Ship with ice packs in an insulated container.
- Overnight shipping is preferred to decrease the risk of urine degradation.
