CVM Office for Diversity & Inclusion Introduces ‘I AM CVM’ Project

I Am CVM banner

The CVM Office for Diversity & Inclusion wants to spotlight the college’s faculty, staff, and students by having you share some of the characteristics that make you uniquely you

As part of the “I AM CVM” project, the office is seeking 40 members of the CVM community to share a 2- to 3-sentence personal narrative that speaks to your identity and how you want to be seen for a series of brief videos.

By broadly representing the college’s staff, faculty, and students at all levels (undergraduate, graduate, DVM), “I Am CVM” aims to highlight and celebrate the unique narratives of our diverse identities and how our identities come together to form the human tapestry that defines the CVM.

If you are interested in participating in this project please visit the following link, where you will be asked to share your 2- to 3-sentence personal narrative for project consideration. Examples of personal narratives can also be found at the link.

Thanks for everything that you do to support a positive college climate.

Dr. Kenita Rogers
Executive associate dean and director for the CVM’s Office of Diversity & Inclusion
