Come and learn about Petvet Care Centers Mentorship Program, RISE!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The RISE Mentorship Program is a year-long, immersive experience designed to support new veterinary graduates as they transition into clinical practice. By pairing new graduates with experienced mentors, RISE provides hands-on learning, real-time case management, and professional development. Participants also join a nationwide cohort of peers, building a supportive network that extends well beyond the program.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Dual Mentorship Model:
\u2022 On-site mentorship from a “home hospital” mentor
\u2022 Centralized guidance from the national mentorship team
\u2022 Candidates interested in General Practice (GP), Emergency (ER), or Mixed Animal Practices (depending on location availability)<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Competitive Compensation Package:
\u2022 Mentorship Program Salary: Reflects Associate DVM budget for the center
\u2022 Associate Salary: Based on center budget for the duration of the contract
\u2022 Student Loan Bonus: $15,000 (paid in advance before starting)
\u2022 Relocation Stipend: $10,000
\u2022 Sign-On Bonus: Dependent on center urgency<\/p>\n\n\n\n
