R.O.U.S. Fund
"R.O.U.S." stands for Rodents of Unusual Size, and the fund will
be used to pay for the costs of necropsies, pathology, and
laboratory tests for capybaras and other large rodents. These
efforts are being undertaken to better understand more about the
diseases that threaten the life and health of these creatures. The
fund was established by Ms. Typaldos in memory of her special
capybara, Caplin Rous (pictured right).
