It is my distinct pleasure to announce this year’s winners of the
CGS abstract awards for scientific abstracts presented by
individuals in training at the ACVIM Forum in Nashville, TN. Many
excellent oral and poster presentations were presented –
congratulations to all presenters in training – you all are the
lifeblood of our organization!!!
In the category of oral presentation SueYee Lim won the award with
her presentation entitled “Quantitative contrast-enhanced
ultrasonographic assessment of naturally occurring pancreatitis in
dogs“. SueYee is finishing a PhD at Hokkaido University in Sapporo,
Japan and is moving back to Malaysia later this year to start a
faculty position. In the category of poster presentation Linda
Toresson won the award with her presentation entitled “Oral
cobalamin supplementation in dogs with chronic enteropathies and
