Job-seeking Alumni: Registration Guide (Virtual)

Follow these step-by-step instructions to register as a job-seeking veterinary graduate alumnus for the 2021 Veterinary Job & Externship Fair.
It may be helpful to open a separate tab as you begin the registration process so you may refer back to these instructions as you complete the form.

Step 1: To begin registration, go to The Association of Former Students | Career Tools | HireAggies Access.
Once the page opens, select the Login to AggieNetwork.com First button.

Step 2: Log in to AggieNetwork.com.

Step 3: Select the Go To HireAggies button.

Step 4: Once you’ve logged in, select Get Started to update your profile. This is your general profile that will be used for all events attended through HireAggies.

Step 5: Update your profile.

**Veterinary Medicine is not listed here**

Step 6: After you have completed your profile update you will see the below screen. Click OK.

Step 7: Once you have returned to your profile home screen, select Events in the left-hand column. Select Career Fairs in the provided drop-down to access the Veterinary Job & Externship Fair. REVIEW THE CAREER FAIR INSTRUCTIONS BEFORE CONTINUING.

Step 8: After reviewing the instructions, please select VetMed Career Fair – Fall 2021 in upcoming events on the left.

Step 9: Select Attend, then edit your Chat Profile.

Step 10: Select Add new to upload your resume. Select SAVE.

Step 11: After completing your profile update, take a moment to review the Employers and Positions tab for the Veterinary Job & Externship Fair. This tab will continually update as more practices register for the career fair, so check back often.

Step 12: Return to your Home screen, and select My Account from the left-hand column. Update your information under PERSONAL. All areas marked with a red * must be completed.

Step 13: Your profile update will be complete once you initial the Terms and Conditions below and SAVE.

Step 14: Return to your Home screen, and select My Account from the left-hand column. Please update your information under PRIVACY. All areas marked with a red * must be completed.
