Sarina

Sarina is a veterinary student in the class of 2026 and is from Spring Branch, Texas. She completed her bachelor’s degree in animal science with a minor in business at Texas A&M University in 2022. During her time in undergrad, she was active in the organization, Veterinarians Without Borders and also competed on the collegiate horse judging team for three years. She also held an on-campus job driving the student passenger buses for Texas A&M Transportation Services. 

She loves being involved in mixed animal rural medicine and has a special interest in equine. Veterinary medicine has also taken her all over Texas to experience many different veterinary clinics, as well as to South Africa on a study abroad trip during her undergrad where she was able to expand her knowledge in a whole new context. 

On campus, Sarina is involved in student chapters of the American Association of Equine Practitioners, American Association of Bovine Practitioners, and the Veterinary Business Management Association. Off campus, she enjoys fitness and powerlifting, as well as riding her horse, Grizzly.
