Thank you for your interest in this year’s Veterinary Job & Externship Fair.
- Registration is open from Monday, July 7 through Tuesday, Sept. 2 or until exhibitor booths are filled.
- Veterinary practices exhibiting at the Job Fair must be located in Texas, except for corporate/multiregional practices, which must have some Texas affiliation or presence.
- The registration fee of $350 includes exhibit booth space and up to two attending representatives.
- Each additional representative requires an extra $150 registration fee.
- Organizations that are part of a multiregional or corporate practice, or for veterinarians who hold ownership (part or full) of multiple practices, registration is limited to a single exhibit booth. To streamline the registration process and eliminate possible duplications, please reach out to your organization’s headquarters or decision-makers to coordinate registration of your booth space.
- Presence of Youth: To provide a safe environment that meets minimal legal requirements, parents are asked not to bring children and youth under the age of 18 and/or who are 18 and still registered as a high school student.

- Shortly after form submission, you will receive a confirmation email that your form was received, AND you will be redirected to the payment portal.
- Your registration is not complete unless payment has been received.
