Michelle Pine
Clinical Professor
Director of the Gross Anatomy Teaching Laboratory
Department of Veterinary Integrative Biosciences
Research and Scholarly Interests
Dr. Pine and Dr. Hwaryoung Seo from the Department of Visualization are creating 3D interactive and tangible learning tools for teaching in STEM courses, particularly gross anatomy. Their collaborative research projects are focused on ways to engage students and enhance their spatial reasoning skills. They are also using art practices to facilitate undergraduate learning in gross anatomy.
