Policies

Cancellations

If cancellation is made prior to 14 days before the conference start date, a refund of 80 percent of the registration fee will be returned. Cancellations within 13 days or less of the conference start date are not eligible for a refund. However, in some cases, part or all of the registration fee may qualify for credit towards another veterinary continuing education (CE) offering.

The VITA Veterinary CE Annual Conference is held at the Veterinary & Biomedical Education Complex (VBEC), which is located on Raymond Stotzer Parkway (FM 60) at Texas A&M University in College Station, Texas, USA.

Directions

If you’re arriving via Highway 6:

  • Take the University Drive exit and proceed west on University Drive (which becomes Raymond Stotzer Parkway).
  • In about three miles, you’ll drive under an overpass.
  • Make a right at the second traffic light to enter the Veterinary & Biomedical Education Complex (VBEC).

If you’re arriving via Highway 21:

  • Exit Highway 47 at the Texas A&M RELLIS campus.
  • Continue on Highway 47 until it intersects with Raymond Stotzer Parkway (FM 60), and head east toward the main Texas A&M campus.
  • The VBEC is on the left at the second traffic light past the overpass, approximately one mile east of Easterwood Airport.
