Early Bird (through February 28, 2026): $225
Regular (March 1–April 19, 2026): $250
Late (April 20–May 15, 2026): $275

What is your refund policy?

Should you need to cancel your registration, please contact us directly by email at vetmedce@tamu.edu . If cancellation is made prior to 14 days before the start date, a refund of 80 percent of the registration fee will be returned. Cancellations within 13 days or less before the start date are not eligible for a refund.

How can I upgrade my registration?

If you have only registered for a one-day pass and would like to upgrade that to the full conference or add on any workshop sessions, please contact us at vetmedce@tamu.edu, and we will assist you.
