Statement of Liability Limitation

The Gastrointestinal Laboratory at Texas A&M University performs diagnostic services for veterinarians world-wide. By submitting a sample to our laboratory for testing you agree to the following liability limitation statement. The Gastrointestinal Laboratory at Texas A&M and it's agents will do everything possible to ensure reliable testing in a timely manner. Our liability shall be limited to the cost of the diagnostic services ordered and performed. The laboratory shall not assume any liability in excess of this limitation.
