CET Workshop To Provide Tips For Elevating Teaching

The Center for Educational Technologies (CET) and Instructional Technology Services will offer advice for elevating professors’ teaching as part of the Lunch & Learn Workshop Series on Tuesday (Nov. 13).

“Active Learning Classroom Techniques” will be presented from 11:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. in VIDI Building Room 223.

During the workshop, participants will explore how to utilize Active Learning Classrooms (ALCs) to create a student-centered learning environment.

ALCs offer unique teaching and learning experiences, and ALC strategies can ensure greater student interaction and engagement with instruction, course resources, and one another in the classroom.

A question-and-answer session will follow the presentation.

Participants should bring their lunch and laptop; beverages and desserts will be provided.
