Karina Hissen at the 2023 Agricultural Outlook Forum
February 24, 2023: Karina Hissen was selected to be one of ten graduate students nationwide for the USDA’s Future Leaders in Agriculture Program. At the 2023 Agricultural Outlook Forum in Washington, D.C., she was able to engage with USDA leaders and policymakers, explore current issues in agribusiness, scientific research, and agricultural policy, and represent emerging leadership in the field. Here she is receiving her certificate from the USDA’s Senior Leadership and Staff.
