With new federal funding from the National Institutes of Health (NIH)- National Library of Medicine- National Network of Libraries of Medicine Southcentral Region, we can expand our kissing bug citizen science program and reach more people. We have teamed with TAMU medical science librarians (Heather K. Moberly and Stephanie Fulton) for our proposal called ‘Kissing Bug and Chagas disease outreach in the southern United States: empowering the public and health care workers along the US-Mexico border.’
