Kidney Diagnostic Tests

Comprehensive renal biopsy evaluation/interpretation

Comprehensive renal biopsy (per kidney)  $910.00

• Light Microscopy (all species)
  • 4 standard stains: H&E, PAS, TRI, and JMS
  • Up to 2 special stains or IHC as deemed necessary (e.g., Congo red and Immunohistochemistry)
• Transmission Electron Microscopy (all species)
• Immunofluorescence (dogs and cats)
  • Dogs: 5 standard antibodies (C3, IgA, IgG, IgM, and LLC)
  • Cats: 4 standard antibodies (IgA, IgG, IgM, and LLC)
• Report with description, interpretation, recommendations, and images
• (Optional: urine may be submitted with renal biopsy for SDS-PAGE at no additional charge)

Urine SDS-PAGE and individual biopsy services (when provided separately)
