Dana Whitaker, LVT

Ms. Whitaker graduated from Bel-Rea Institute of Animal Technology with an Associates of Applied Science in Veterinary Technology. She is a member of the Texas A&M Veterinary Emergency Team and a member of the Veterinary Wound Management Society. Her interests are veterinary disaster response and preparedness, working with urban search and rescue dogs, surgical assistance, and wound management and bandaging. Dana has lectured other veterinary technicians on wound care, bandaging, and disaster preparedness and response.
