Veterinary Medical Park (VMP) has about approximately 185 acres of pasture space and indoor animal housing.
- Pasture and indoor housing for horses, cattle, sheep, goats, and pigs
- New equine barn with convertible stalls
- 10 stalls at 12 x 24, or
- 20 stalls at 12 x 12
- 15 outdoor concrete pens for ruminants
- 10 buildings that support ABSL-2 research
Surgical Suites
- 2 surgical suites, one of which has ABSL-2 capabilities
- Suites include
- mechanical hoists,
- monitoring equipment,
- anesthesia machines,
- induction rooms, and
- recovery rooms
- Suites include
- Spaces for postoperative monitoring, treatments, and procedures
