VMBS Core Histology Laboratory

The VMBS Core Histology Laboratory within the Department of Veterinary Pathobiology at the College of Veterinary Medicine & Biomedical Sciences (VMBS) provides diagnostic services for the Veterinary Medical Teaching Hospital (VMTH) and research services to the VMBS, VMTH, other Texas A&M University System resources, and extramural entities.

About Us

We’re a full-service histology laboratory that provides routine tissue embedding, slide preparation, digital pathology (pathologist’s analyses via consultation or collaboration and whole slide imaging), and staining. Please consult with us if you have unique tissue handling requests. We can accommodate most researchers’ needs.
