First wild macaw egg in Bosque Escondido, Costa Rica

We are proud to announce that the very first wild macaw egg of the season has been laid in Bosque Escondido!!!

After 20 years of wild macaw population supplementation in the Nicoya Peninsula, reintroduced macaws are mature enough and ready to start raising the new generation.

Congratulations to Rescate Wildlife Rescue Center for their conservation vision and hard work.
