Our RISE Mentorship Program is a rotational, immersion & skill-building, experience structured to support the transition from academia into clinical practice. Participants are paired with an experienced mentor and move through the program with a nationwide cohort providing an added layer of peer mentorship and the foundation for a professional network. Small animal GP, ER and hybrid options are available nationwide including GP rotations at Northwest Austin Veterinary Center in Austin, Altas Palmas Animal Clinic in Harlingen and Crossroads Animal Clinic in Arlington.
