Texas Group One is a group of veterinarians whose philosophy is to embrace the entrepreneurial spirit through private practice ownership. Formed in 1999 by several practice owners who attended Texas A&M University’s executive management classes together, these individuals forged a bond fueled by a common goal: a desire for practices built on good medicine and strong business management concepts.

We have several clinics that are interested in hosting externships and several clinics looking for Associate Veterinarians. Someone within our group is always hiring and we have multiple practices and locations to fit any need! TG1 frequently engages the help of nationally recognized veterinary consultants for our owner meetings and brings in national speakers for combined staff training events. Additionally, our membership buying group negotiates contracts together where all member practices benefit.
