Our goal at our small animal wellness clinic is to establish a lively and enjoyable work atmosphere for our team of veterinary professionals. We recognize the value of creating an environment that encourages growth, cooperation, and enjoyment in our day-to-day work. Additionally, as part of Harris County Pets, our team also supports the important work being done on the shelter side, where we provide care and attention to pets in need.
We invite recently graduated veterinarians to become part of our team and experience working in an environment that fosters their love for animal care, values their opinions, and extends their impact through both wellness and shelter-based care. A varied caseload, opportunities for professional growth, and our welcoming, helpful staff all contribute to an exciting and rewarding career in veterinary medicine.

• Benefits are effective at the beginning of the pay period, following 45 days of employment.
• Retirement Plans
• Pension Plan:Annual Interest Rate: 7%

• 457(b) Deferred Compensation Plan
• FT employees accrue comp time, in addition to vacation, sick time and float holiday
